Senator Rucker moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Com. Sub. for House Bill 4925—A Bill to amend and reenact §18-2-25 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to requiring the West Virginia Secondary School Activities Commission to recognize certain preparatory athletic programs as nonparticipating members of the commission solely for the purpose of competing on the national level.
